Placing an order with Tri-Cities Designs is actually super easy!
You can do your own customization, right from our website!
All you have to do is follow the steps below, to begin placing your order right away!
Step Two: Click the "Shop" button
Step Three: Begin Your Order! Select from the vast variety of options and selections, customize to your liking, and purchase!
Step Four: Once you have selected and customized your products, you can then review and finalize your cart. Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be sent to one of our Third-Party Vendors for the duration of your customization phase. Once your order has been completed, you will be notified and provided with shipping information.
Step Five: Receive Your Order
Once your order has been completed, and shipping information has been received, your order will be delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
Once your order has been received, you have 14-days to request any form of refund, or payback of any sales per our Refund Policy.
